Opening Hours
- When you make your reservation you can choose the time you want to go up to the viewpoint. Please note that you will not be able to enter before or after the selected time.
- Please be punctual. If you arrive shortly after the selected time, there will be no possibility of reimbursement or access later in the day.
Ticket Options
When booking, you can choose between the following options:
- Standard: This option will give you access to the One World Observatory.
- Combination Experience: This option will give you priority access to the observatory and a US$ 5 discount in the cafeteria, bar, restaurant, or gift store.
- All-Inclusive Pass: If you want a much more complete entrance, you can opt for the All-Inclusive Pass when you make your reservation. With this option, in addition to having priority access, you will have an interactive virtual reality guide with fascinating information about New York and your arrival can be flexible. You don't need to book a fixed time! In addition, you will have a US$ 15 discount in the cafeteria, the bar, the restaurant, or the gift store.
If you have selected the Standard or Combination Experience ticket, you will have to go at the selected time. However, if you book the All-Inclusive Pass, you only have to select 00:00, which allows you to enter at the time of your choice, without having to plan ahead.
Important information
- You may not enter the Observatory before or after the selected time.
- Don't be late: If you’re late, you won't be refunded, nor will you be given a new visiting time for the Observatory.
- Children under 6 do not need a ticket and can enter directly with an adult.
