Pues la excursión finalizó antes de la hora prevista , empezaron a mandarnos que saliésemos del parque a la mediodía sin ninguna explicación . Hemos pagado por una excursión que no se ha completado , no hemos quedado sin ver cosas que teníamos programado . Pueden confirmarlo con el proveedor de la excursión que tampoco sabía nada . Hemos puesto una reclamación y esperamos que su respuesta

Muy bien prometen con lo que ponen en la descripción la estación espacial es grandioso no te la acabas si te gusta hacer videos i fotos me faltaron cosas por ver te dejan como de las 10 hasta las 16 i algo de tiempo i es muy recomendable si vas s ir a Orlando es una de las cosas que tienes que visitar aunque no te guste tampoco el tema del espacio i el cosmos pero ahi un montón de actividades que hacer i fotos para el recuerdo unico malo muy pocas cosas en español por no decir nada jajaj........ Fue una excelente experiencia. El día anterior me enviaron un chat para confirmar la hora y lugar de recogida incluyendo la foto por lo que me pareció muy buen detalle. El autobus llegó puntual. El tour es en inglés completamente tanto con la guía Grayline que va dando información en el autobus como en todo el complejo del Kennedy Center. El centro espacial estuvo genial. Visita muy recomendada, sobretodo si te gusta los temas relacionados con el espacio y la Nasa. Imprescindible visitar el edificio Atlantis donde puedes ver el transbordador espacial y el centro Apolo con el cohete. Para el transporte hasta allí, fuimos con Kevin, un conductor muy agradable que aprovechó el viaje para contarnos un poco de historia sobre Florida y también nos dió muy buenos consejos para visitar el centro y no perdernos lo importante. El autobús fue muy puntual en la recogida. Fuimos la primera parada y durante una hora estuvimos recogiendo más personas para la excursión. A la vuelta fuimos los primeros en bajar. Civitatis no ofreció claras instrucciones sobre el punto de recogida. Envié un correo y 3 días después no había contestado. Llamé y me confirmaron que me harían llegar unas fotos sobre la dirección de recogida. Nunca las enviaron. Finalmente tuve que llamar de nuevo. La vuelta de la excursión tardaron 2h30min cuando dijeron 45min. La excursión bien aunque no ofrecen nada en español.

Civitatis did not provide clear instructions on the collection point. I sent an email and 3 days later there was no answer. I called and they confirmed that they would send me some photos of the collection address. They never shipped them. I finally had to call again. The return from the excursion took 2h30min when they said 45min. The excursion was good although they do not offer anything in Spanish.

La recogida estaba lejos de mi hotel por lo que fue necesario pagar transporte adicional. Cuando reserve la excursión parecía que había guía con español pero no fue el caso. El conductor se ofreció a ayudarme, pero de las indicaciones de la visita que se dieron durante el viaje, entendí muy poco.
