Frogner Park Vigeland Tour
If you're in Oslo, don't miss out on a visit to the Vigeland installation in Frogner Park. Come on this tour to marvel at its sculptures and learn about its history.
Frogner Park Vigeland Tour
We'll meet at 6 pm at the main entrance to the Vigeland installation, next to the statue of Gustav Vigeland, the creator of this magnificent space in the Norwegian capital, which extends over an area of almost 32 hectares.
From there we'll set off on a guided walking tour through this section of the park to admire its impressive bronze sculptures. One of the most famous is the Sinnataggen, The Angry Boy, and there are more than 200 of these fascinating works of art!
During the tour, we'll also tell you the story of the architect Gustav Vigeland, who dedicated 20 years of his life to designing this arrangement of sculptures. We'll explore this famous installation and marvel at the Fountain, the 17-metre high Monolith, and the Wheel of Life.
What's more, as the sun sets over this magnificent park and the last rays of sunshine reflect off of its bronze sculptures, you'll fall even more in love with this place and take away an unforgettable memory of Oslo!
