Deberían avisar antes que hay que bajar una aplicación. En la reserva decía bajar un qr. Conclusión el wifi del micro no funcionaba. Los datos no daban para eso. Le pregunté si le sobraba uno en inglés y me dijo que no, pero hay formas y formas de decirlo. Me sorprende el tema del aire acondicionado en los autobuses. El lugar es lindo

Ônibus confortável, saiu no horário estabelecido, local de encontro fácil de localizar. Só achei a guia sem educação para tratar com pessoas. Una visita muy interesante. Quizás faltará completar la visita con la visita a la tumba de Monet y conocer un poco el pueblo. La visita a la casa se complica cuando hay mucha gente. Lo peor no hay libros oficiales en la tienda en español, sólo japonés, italiano, inglés, alemán y por supuesto francés, pero por otra parte es lo normal en Francia, el español se ignora en todas las ediciones de libros en los lugares de patrimonio o de interés. Recomiendo la visita.

Maravillosa excursión , puntual , buen bus , solo, que si bien el guía es muy agradable, domina varios idiomas y pese a sus prolijas explicaciones , al terminar la excursión, nos dimos cuenta que no podríamos encontrar el bus y nos comenzamos a preocupar , luego desesperar , por todo ello seria conveniente que a un paso moderado el guía se traslade con el grupo , ya que, particularmente lo hicimos solos, corriendo ( una pena por lo hermoso del lugar )y finalmente llegamos con ayuda externa

Un poco desorganizado, ya que terminamos saliendo 30 minutos tarde, y pasamos un promedio de solo 1 hora en la casa de Monet. El punto de llegada y el de recogida fueron diferentes y me perdí. El guía no explico bien donde deberíamos regresar al punto de recogida. Menciono que estaría esperando afuera de la casa para guiarnos lo cual no fue cierto pues nunca lo vi. Termine perdida por 15 minutos y apenada que todos esperaron por mi.

La Casa de Monet es una maravilla para aquellos que quieran vivir el germen del impresionismo. El motivo por el que no le doy la 5* es por la baja calidad de atención al cliente que ofrece esta agencia. La Casa esta un poco alejada y solamente nos acompañan al ir, la vuelta es un pco caótica. Podría ir el guía a buscarnos a un punto como sí hicieron otras empresas. Recomiendo opción Audioguía (la que tomé), ya que el personal es muy banal en las explicaciones y carece de formación.
