Piran, Portoroz and Izola Tour

At 9 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in Piran and start a panoramic tour of the city.

We'll discover its fascinating Gothic architecture in the Venetian style by contemplating some of its most famous buildings, such as the Tartini house and theatre, the Maritime Museum, the Baroque House or the Apollonio Palace.

We'll then go up to the Piran Hill to enjoy unforgettable views of the city and also to admire the church of St. George. Did you know that it is the largest and most important church in the town?

From here we'll travel along the coast of Slovenia in the direction of Portoroz, one of the main port cities of the country. Here we'll get to know its imposing buildings, most of them built between the 13th and 19th centuries as it was one of the European aristocracy's favourite destinations - its beaches with crystal-clear waters surely had a lot to do with it!

The route will continue travelling to Izola, a town that can boast of having some of the most coquettish streets through which walking becomes a real luxury. We'll discover its history and fishing tradition while taking a panoramic route. Afterwards, you'll have half an hour free to recover your strength in one of the restaurants of the area and, with our batteries charged, we'll head to the last destination of the day, Koper, the largest city of the Slovenian coast.

After a short stop in the historical centre of Koper, we'll return to Piran and end the tour at 2 pm.
