Tuk Tuk Tour (50 Minutes)
On this tour, we'll cross the iconic Ponte do Infante bridge to Vila Nova de Gaia. During the tuk tuk ride, we'll tell you about the historical and architectural importance of the various bridges that mark the region's skyline.
The next stop will be the imposing Serra do Pilar Monastery, one of the most spectacular viewpoints, with breathtaking panoramic views over Porto and the Douro River. In the peaceful Jardim do Morro, we'll find the ideal place to admire the beauty of the city, with privileged views of the lively riverside neighbourhood and the historic centre.
Afterwards, we'll descend to Ribeira de Gaia, famous for its traditional port wine cellars. Here, we can enjoy the view of the opposite bank of the Douro and take unforgettable photographs of the colourful houses that decorate the riverbanks.
The tour will end with a final panoramic view of the city, admiring its hills and majestic historic buildings. After this experience, you'll return to the starting point.
Tuk Tuk Tour + Six Bridges Cruise (1.5 Hours)
Want even more? You can choose this even more complete option, which, as well as the tuk tuk route described above, includes a ticket for the Six Bridges cruise. If you wish, we can end the tour in Gaia, next to the pier, so you can explore Porto and Gaia in a different way.
Tuk Tuk Tour + Cruise + Winery Visit (2 Hours)
If you want the ultimate experience, this is the option for you! In this case, as well as everything in the previous option, you'll get to visit a winery in Porto. The visit, which will last 30 minutes, includes a tasting of 2 glasses of wine, and is carried out with an English-speaking guide in the Burmester or Fonseca winery.
Cruse & Winery Tour Schedule
The schedules for the Six Bridges Cruise and the guided tour of the Port Wine Cellar are as follows:
- Six Bridges Cruise: daily from 10:30 am to 6 pm (from April to September) and from 11 am to 4 pm (from October to March). The ticket is open to be used at any time.
- Guided tour of a wine cellar in Porto: daily from 11 am to 5 pm. After the tuk tuk tour, we'll give you the ticket to visit a winery and explain how to make the reservation to guarantee availability.
- The visit to the winery can be done on the same day as the tuk tuk tour or at any time during the following 30 days.
- If you book the tour at 6 pm, you won't be able to visit the wineries or do the cruise on the same day as the tuk tuk tour. You can do it the next day or within the following 30 days.
