Discover two of the Dominican Republic’s most spectacular island paradises in a single day on this trip to the islands of Saona and Catalina. Let’s go!
We’ll pick you up from your hotel and head to the port of La Romana, where we’ll board a speedboat. Are you ready? Let’s set sail!
We’ll set course for our first destination: Catalina Island, where we’ll stop for 30 minutes to go snorkelling among its crystal-clear coral reefs. After exploring the seabed, we’ll go ashore at Catalina Beach for about 1 hour so you can stroll, swim or sunbathe.
At midday, we’ll sail to a famous natural poola sandbank with shallow, turquoise waters in the middle of the ocean. We’ll spend around 45 minutes there, where you’ll have access to a floating bar and tropical fruit served in the water.
We’ll then continue on to Saona Island, where we’ll enjoy a traditional Dominican lunch by the sea, accompanied by an all-you-can-drink bar. With your batteries recharged, you’ll have 2 hours of free time on Saona to enjoy the beach.
Afterwards, we’ll set off on the return journey aboard a catamaran, with music and entertainment. Finally, we’ll say our goodbyes at the starting point after a total of 12 hours.
