Rio de Janeiro Fairs & Markets Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the south of Rio and then begin our tour.
Our first stop will be at a fruit and vegetable market, where tropical colours and aromas awaken the senses. We'll learn about typical Brazilian ingredients and their impact on local cuisine.
From there, we'll head to one of the largest craft markets in Rio, the Ipanema hippie market. Once there, you'll have free time to explore every corner, shop at one of the many craft stalls, and enjoy the atmosphere of the place.
Afterwards, we'll head to the Mercado da Glória, where we'll discover the ingredients needed to prepare the best recipes of Rio's cuisine and admire the local crafts.
Finally, we'll end our tour by accompanying you back to the hotel where we picked you up.
