Get to know the charming coastal towns of Nayarit with this excursion to San Pancho and Sayulita. You'll fall in love with their incredible atmosphere and beautiful beaches!
At 8:30 am on the morning of the activity, we'll pick you up at your Riviera Nayarit hotel and make our way to San Pancho.
While we walk through the quaint narrow streets of this small town, we'll admire its eclectic buildings and learn all about the town's coconut oil and fishing traditions. We'll also stroll along the shores of its paradisiacal beach and check out the murals of a local seaside farm, which illustrate the story of this town.
Then we'll travel to our next stop: Sayulita, one of Mexico's Pueblos Mágicos (Magical Villages) located next to the Sierra Madre mountains. Here we'll walk through the center admiring the streets adorned with colorful flags, the kiosk in the main square and the small Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. We'll also be sure to tell you all about the story of the indigenous people and Captain Francisco Cortes de San Buenaventura!
Once we make our way through town, we'll head to the magnificent beach of Sayulita, where you'll have 2 hours of free time to go paddleboarding, windsurfing or bodyboarding a true paradise for lovers of water sports!
After you've worked up an appetite, we'll go to a local beachside restaurant to refuel with a delicious lunch with seafood, fish and aguachile, a typical Mexican dish with seasoned shrimp. Bon appetit!
Following lunch, we'll head back to Riviera Nayarit, arriving at your hotel at 3:30 pm.
