On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Roatan. From there, you'll be taken to the harbour area of the island ready to begin your adventure to the tropical paradise of Cayos Cochinos.
Following a short boat cruise across the glorious Caribbean waters, you'll reach the Cayos Cochinos archipelago, formed by Cayo Grande, Cayo Menor and around thirteen other tiny coral cays. Once you've arrived, your guide will introduce you to the islands' captivating natural charms. Learn about the native flora and fauna, which includes the pink boa constrictor, completely unique to the Cochinos Cays.
Later, you'll have free time to relax on the stunning white sand beaches, taking in the sun and enjoying a refreshing dip in the Caribbean Sea, as well as being served a delicious lunch.
One of the things this area is best known for is its incredible marine life, earning it recognition as a World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the breath-taking biodiversity of the waters surrounding the cays with the use of snorkelling equipment. At the end of your full day exploring the Cochinos Cays, you'll return to Roatan by boat, where you'll be dropped back off at your hotel.
