The Blue Hole is one of the most visited places on the island of Jamaica. Explore its waterfall and turquoise lagoon with this day trip from Runaway Bay.
We'll depart by bus from your hotel in Runaway Bay and make our way towards Ocho Rios, in the east of the island. Once there, we'll head into the hills, welcomed by a lush and impressive natural environment.
After an hour's journey, we'll arrive at a true paradise of turquoise waters: the Blue Hole, a stunning turquoise-blue lagoon bathed by small waterfalls. At this secluded spot, we'll start with a short guided tour of almost 2 hours through the waterfalls and the surrounding nature trails.
Afterwards, you'll have 3.5 hours of free time to enjoy lunch in the nearby restaurants and continue with some activities in the area. You can make use of the lianas, with which you can jump into the water Tarzan-style.
You can also choose to take a relaxing walk in the surrounding area and, if you wish, go in search of the secret Island Gully Falls or explore a small cave.
After touring this natural jewel of the island, we'll return to your hotel, where we'll say goodbye after an 8.5-hour adventure.
