Discover one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy with an exclusive guide for you and your family and friends.
Salerno Walking Tour
At 9 am we'll meet at the arranged meeting point and begin our private tour of the city's historic centre.
A visit to Salerno wouldn't be complete without a visit to the 11th century Duomo, Salerno's cathedral where the remains and relics of Saint Matthew lie. It is said to be one of the most beautiful medieval churches in Italy.
We'll continue our tour with a walk to the Palazzo Fruscione, a century-old building built on the ruins of ancient Roman thermal baths.
Then we'll head to the Minerva Gardens, one of the city's main attractions and also the oldest botanical garden in Europe. Students at the Salerno Medical School have been using their medicinal plants since the Middle Ages.
Our tour will end after this pleasant stroll through the gardens.
This is a private tour organized for you and your partner, friends or family.
