We'll pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time and head to the port of La Unión, travelling to our destination during the night.
Upon arrival in La Unión, we'll help you to complete the migration procedures necessary to make the transfer to Potosí through the Gulf of Fonseca, the natural border between El Salvador and Nicaragua.
Once the formalities have been completed, we'll accompany you to take the 7 am speedboat through the Gulf of Fonseca to the coast of Nicaragua, ending the journey in Potosí. The crossing on this boat will last 2 hours, which will fly by while you enjoy the landscapes of the archipelago of volcanic islands in the Gulf of Fonseca.
We'll arrive at the dock in Potosí, where the trip will end.
If you wish, you can book the option that includes the transport from Potosí to León. If you choose this option, we'll drive to the Nicaraguan city. The bus journey takes 3 hours. Once in León, we'll drop you off at your hotel or at the point of your choice.
This tour includes pickup from hotels in San Salvador and El Tunco. You can select when booking which area you'd like to be picked up from.
Please note that pickup from hotels in San Salvador is from 2 am, while pickup from hotels in El Tunco is from 3 am.
