Wszystko zgodne z opisiem, bardzo punktualnie. Załoga pomocna, rozdawała torebki na wymioty wszystkim pasażerom (płynęliśmy w sporych falach). Kapitan tłumaczył jak będzie wyglądał rejs i uprzedził że będzie bujało:) Mieliśmy problem z pobraniem pozwolenia na wjazd na wyspy, ale pani w biurze wszystkim się zajęła (byliśmy odpowiednio wcześniej i była spora kolejka). Well, the San Senxo - Cies de crossing was bumpy but not due to any fault of the shipping company. The sea was rough and that's what nature is like. Además en el barco nos informaron del funcionamiento de la Isla, que a partir de las 4 se cortaba el paso a la isla del medio y nos recomendaba estar antes de esa hora. El viaje en barco perfecto. En general ha sido una experiencia muy agradable que he disfrutado con mi familia. Al principio, en el monto del check-in, hubo un poco de lío por falta de información por parte de la naviera, aunque luego en la isla he de decir que el guía que nos esperaba fué encantador. Un 10 por él.

La gestión de civitatis regular puesto que no nos mandaron la autorización de la Xunta, si no una solicitud de la misma y en gallego. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que nos la darían junto con el billete en la taquilla 30 min antes, a lo que la chica que nos atendió allí nos dijo muy agobiada que eso no era así, que debían habernoslo mandado por correo con todos los QRs. Y es que juntarnos tanta gente un poco antes de la actividad en taquilla en lugar de ir directos tiene poco sentido.

The Civitatis process was mediocre, as they didn't send us the authorization from the Xunta (regional government), but rather an application form in Galician. We called and were told they would give it to us along with the ticket at the box office 30 minutes beforehand. Al llegar a la taquilla para recoger los billetes para embarcar, la señora me dijo que no había ninguna reserva con ese localizador y nombre, y después de 15 minutos discutiendo con ella y realizando llamadas, ahí estaba. Casi perdemos el barco mi familia y yo, por lo que tuvimos que recorrernos todo el puerto de Sanxenxo en 2 minutos corriendo con una niña de 5 años. Olvidado esto, un día genial, unas visitas increíbles en un paraíso mágico.

When I arrived at the ticket office to pick up my boarding tickets, the woman told me there were no reservations with that pager and name, and after 15 minutes of arguing with her and making calls, there it was. My family and I almost missed the boat, so we had to run around the entire port of Sanxenxo in two minutes with a 5-year-old girl. That aside, it was a great day, incredible sights in a magical paradise.

El barco tenía que zarpar a las 11:15 de Sanxenxo. Partió a las 11:30 y al llegar a la primera parada, en Portonovo, se paró y no volvió a arrancar. Nos hicieron abandonar el barco a las 12:00 y avisaron que tendría que llegar un nuevo barco desde Vigo y eso sería sobre las 14:00. Estuvimos DOS HORAS ESPERANDO. Finalmente llegó a las 14:45. Llegamos a las CÍES a las 16:30 sabiendo que el barco de vuelta era a las 19:00. Espero que desde CIVITATIS tomen las medidas oportunas y se nos compense.

The boat was supposed to depart from Sanxenxo at 11:15. It departed at 11:30, and upon reaching the first stop, Portonovo, it stalled and wouldn't restart.
