Discover the Segovia Cathedral and Episcopal Palace, two of the most famous religious monuments in Segovia. You'll be able to book a ticket or a guided tour!

Why Visit the Segovia Cathedral & Episcopal Palace?

If you're in Segovia, you can't miss seeing the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace. During the booking process, you can choose between different options:

Cathedral & Episcopal Palace Ticket

If you choose to only book the ticket to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace, you'll enter two of Segovia's most impressive monuments at your own pace. You'll have 1 hour to explore both sites and admire their beauty!

In Segovia Cathedral, you can enjoy exploring the inside of this iconic temple, an authentic architectural gem from the 16th century. We also recommend visiting other spaces in the last Gothic Cathedral built in Spain. You can walk along the cobbles, exploring the Gothic cloisters that were brought piece by piece from the old cathedral, and enjoy the exhibition rooms that are home to artifacts of great artistic and religious value. These include the Santa Catalina room, the Capitular room, the Tapestry and Liturgical Ornaments rooms, and the Pintura Bajo Claustro room.

After visiting Segovia Cathedral, you can head to the Episcopal Palace, just around the corner. Here, you'll have time to admire a collection of gold works, sculptures, and paintings, as well as rooms where the bishop used to live.

Additionally, in the Episcopal Palace, you'll have an audio guide in English to help you learn about the history of this impressive monument.

Cathedral & Tower + Episcopal Palace Tour

At the time you selected during the booking process, we'll meet at the doors of the Segovia Cathedral to begin this guided tour of the city's most famous cathedral. For 1 hour, you'll explore the Cathedral to discover it in-depth. As we visit its chapels, we'll share the artistichistoricand religious significance of this majestic temple. Did you know that it's known as the Lady of Cathedrals

Here, the colorful chapelschoir, cloister, and different exhibition rooms await. You'll learn many interesting facts about the last Gothic cathedral built in Spain!

Plus, this guided tour makes a stop at the audiovisual room, where you'll see a 3D video mapping that recreates the rooms and artworks inside the Segovia Cathedral. Here, you'll learn the history of the tower's construction and the secrets it hides! Then, we'll climb up to the bell ringer's house and the Clock Room, both located in the Tower. In this fascinating place, you'll learn about the work of the bell ringer and the importance they had for many centuries as a means of communication.

Afterward, we'll finally reach the bell tower, where we'll enjoy unparalleled views of the city of Segovia, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. Take a photo!

Before or after the tour of the Cathedral and its tower, you can visit the Episcopal Palace of Segovia at your own pace, located just a 3-minute walk away.

Cathedral Tower Evening Tour + Tickets

In this case, we'll meet at 9:30 pm at the guided evening tour of the Cathedral's tower. We'll follow the same itinerary previously described, including the video mapping, the bell ringer's house, the Clock Room, and the bell tower. It's the ideal way to see Segovia lit up at night!

This tour also includes the admission ticket for a self-guided tour of the Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace. Please note that you'll have 1 hour to explore both sites. Both monuments must be visited on the same day that you'll enjoy the evening tour of the tower or, at the latest, until 3 pm on the following day.
