Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park
At the time you choose, we will pick you up at your hotel in Sesimbra and from there we will take you to the Sesimbra dive center where we will briefly tell you what the activity involves and explain some basic concepts.
With the neoprene on, we will board the speedboat and sail to one of the best diving spots in the Arrabida Natural Park. Then it is time for everybody to launch themselves in the water!
To dive under the water, we will first deflate the vests and, at a shallow depth, the instructor will teach us some simple techniques on how to handle the equipment with ease. In a few minutes, you will be moving like a fish through water.
This activity is the perfect introduction to the world of diving and discover an exciting sport. The instructor will be looking after you at all times so that you only have to worry about enjoying the experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving in the beautiful ocean, we will return to the boat.
We will finish the activity by taking you back to your hotel in Sesimbra.

After the activity, you should wait at least 24 hours before getting on a plane or ascending to high altitudes.
