Explore Setenil de las Bodegas and discover its incredible houses carved into the cliffs as well as its castle and medieval church on this guided tour.
Setenil de las Bodegas Tour
Our tour will begin in the eastern part of Setenil de las Bodegas, a town in Cadiz known for having houses carved into the cliffs whose roofs are made of the rock itself! It'll take your breath away!
The tour will then take us into the historic centre of this fascinating town and along the street Calle de los Reyes Católicos until we reach the area of the castle, in the upper part of the town. Next to the castle, we'll also get to see the beautiful medieval Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación.
Lastly, we'll make our way down the street Calle Herrería until we start to see the iconic white-washed houses carved into the cliffa. We'll explore the street Calle Cuevas a la Sombra and the Calle Cuevas del Sol, some of the most impressive in Setenil.
