Realmente nos hubiera gustado mayor explicación, ya que hemos adquirido otros tours aquí mismo en Sevilla que son gratuitos y realmente han sido mucho más productivos respecto a la explicación y recorrido. La guía (aunque muy linda) no explicó a detalle los espacios, le faltaron lugares por recorrer en el Alcázar e iniciamos 30min más de la hora pactada.

We really would have liked more explanation, as we've booked other free tours right here in Seville, and they've actually been much more productive in terms of explanation and tour. The guide (although very nice) didn't explain the areas in detail, missed some places to visit in the Alcázar, and we started 30 minutes later than the agreed-upon time.

Creo que falta un poco de información. El tour requiere hacer un check in en el local, cosa que no consta en ningún lado, salvo un pequeño cartel en el escaparate. Además, el punto de encuentro no está del todo bien cuando uno lo abre en el maps (incluso dice "frente al palacio del flamenco" que no está en ningún lado). En general, uno se queda con ganas de más tiempo para ver bien los cuadros y capillas, pero eso es entendible.

Me gusto mucho la historia de la catedral, la giralda y Alcázar; muy bien explicados por la guía. Sin embargo, me parece que seria bueno no solo contar la parte positiva de la historia y como conquistaron otras áreas de Espa~a y América, si no también contar las partes negativas de la historia sobre como lo hicieron (esclavitud, las muertes, etc). Han sido 5 horas de tour con Carlos, que conoce a la perfección todos los detalles de ambos monumentos. La única pena es que se termina el tour de los Reales Alcázares y se pasa de inmediato a la Catedral, por lo que no queda tiempo para visitar los jardines. No está bien estructurado el tour. La visita está bastante bien, te explican con detalle muchas cosas y curiosidades de los edificios e historia de la ciudad, pero lo malo es que se recortó la visita ya que no se podía acceder a los patios del Alcázar por un problema con los animales que viven allí (cosa que entendemos por seguridad) pero no se dio otro lugar alternativo en su lugar ni un pequeño reembolso por el inconveniente al no poder completar el tour.
