L'activité était très bien, excellent guide mais environ 12h00 avant l'activité vous m'avez informé que cette activité se ferait en espagnole et anglais seulement donc pas français comme j'avais demandé, nous étions au moins 6 personne qui parlait français et quand nous avons embarqué dans l'autobus il y avait l'italien comme langue qui s'était ajouté et selon moi il y avait 2 ou 3 personne qui parlait italien alors pour améliorer votre service arrêter d'offrir des excursions en français.

The views during the hike itself were incredible... However, the entire excursion was not handlled well. Itinerary wasn't as advertised - we were meant to have a longer break at a proper restaurant, instead we stopped x2 at nasty roadside places and were forced to buy provisions there (didn't bring much in terms of food as I assumed I would have time to eat properly, as was advertised). The hike itself was incredibly rushed with in-ear, earphone pieces that didn't work for most of the hike.

Lunch is not included in the price, so the provider offers a stop depending on the development of the tour, trying to give all the contents in the time offered. We regret this situation, and we will take note to continue improving our service.

Ci sono 3 valutazioni diverse: 1) la nostra guida Merce eccellente. è stata molto gentile e è disponibile. 2) il caminito è un'esperienza molto bella 3) le informazioni di Civitatis e dell'agenzia non sono corrette: il tuor doveva essere senza tappa ad Osuna (perchè era venerdì) invece l'ha fatta cambiando i nostri programmi (il giorno dopo avevamo il volo e questo cambio di orario di rientro ci ha un po penalizzato); inoltre la guida in italiano non è prevista. Avvisati solo il giorno prima!

Mi experiencia del Caminito fue excelente. Sin embargo, fuimos con el grupo Naturanda, guía llamado Ramón, quien nos arruinó parte de la experiencia. La parada en Osuna fue una pèrdida de tiempo, simplemente caminanos de una esquina a otra siguièndo al guía, quien no proporcionò información alguna sobre un pueblo que tiene tantas cosas interesantes. Ya en el Caminito esperamos 4 horas para comenzar, sin explicación de parte de Ramòn. Al regresar, nos dejó en un punto distinto al punto de partida

My experience on the Caminito was excellent. However, we went with the Naturanda group, and a guide named Ramón ruined part of the experience for us. The stop in Osuna was a waste of time; we simply walked from one corner to another following the guide, who provided no information at all about a town with so many interesting attractions. Avendo prenotato una visita in italiano mi aspetto di avere una guida in questa lingua. 2,30h di viaggio senza spendere nemmeno mezza parola su quanto ci aspettava, le due guide del percorso erano in spagnolo o inglese, la nostra guida in italiano non si è troppo disturbata nel tradurre se non sotto nostra richiesta o specifica domanda. In generale, l atteggiamento era un po' annoiato Alla fine dell escursione non ho appreso nulla su quanto visto. Spiace davvero molto!!

La excursión empezó mal porque en el minibus inicial no cabíamos todos. Empezamos con casi una hora de retraso. Sin embargo, la organización se portó de manera excelente con todos nosotros porque luego nos invitaron a comer en un restaurante; esto no estaba incluido en la excursión. No pudimos hacer todo el caminito a falta de 800 metros porque hubo un desprendimiento en días anteriores. Sin embargo, pasamos por la parte más espectacular dos veces. Hemos salido de Sevilla a las 09:00 para empezar la visita al Caminito del Rey a las 13:00. Con el calor que está haciendo tener que espesar casi dos horas desde la llegada no me ha parecido bien organizado. Pero además, siendo la actividad contratada en castellano la sorpresa ha sido que estando en España el tour ha sido íntegramente en inglés. No me ha gustado nada la organización de la visita y el colmo ha sido el cambio de idioma sin aviso previo.

El lugar es bonito para visitar y no es peligroso como pareciera en las fotos. Todo está muy bien señalizado y es una caminata donde vas viendo el paisaje y tomando fotos. El grupo es reducido pero al llegar nos juntaron con otro grupo mayor. El guía Miguel muy amable, incluso me tomó algunas fotografías. Se nota que le encanta su trabajo, me la pase muy bien. Lo único negativo quizás fue que cambiaron el horario inicial y entramos en la tarde, tuvimos que esperar varias horas.

El Caminito IMPRESIONANTE, pero a pesar de la limitación al numero de visitantes, el Caminito parecía una autovía un fin de semana. Por causas ajenas el guía, varias personas no estaban a la hora en el punto de encuentro y llegamos tarde a inicio del Caminito y no nos dejaron entrar hasta dos horas después, con lo que decidimos una vez terminado el recorrido, regresar a Sevilla si realizar el resto de las visitas programadas.

Hay que ser mas serios. La excursion esta bien, pero deberian estar mejor coordinados Civitatis y la empresa que realiza la salida. Esta ultima dos dias antes nis cambio el dia y la hora de salida. Ademas, no es verdad que volvieramos a las 6, si no que lo hicimos a las 3 y media, sin tiempo para comer. Por lo demas, viaje comodo desde Sevilla.

El cambio se avisó con una semana de antelación. Se adelantó media hora para, ya que ha llegado la temporada alta y el calor, poder entrar más fácilmente, sin encontrar tanta gente y sin hacer el recorrido en las horas de mayor calor.
