La excursión en si conlleva mucho tiempo, son 3 horas en bus hasta tarifa desde Sevilla y 40 minutos en ferry (el total sería esto por 2). En Tanger estás 5 horas, de las cuales te llevan a las corridas para todos lados. Al final Solamente tuvimos 15 minutos libres. Rashid, el guía local es excelente! Intéressante. Dommage qu il y ait eu 2 visites de boutiques car ça a réduit le temps pour faire le reste des visites. Le repas n était pas très bon. Le couscous était fade, sans saveur et le thé également, sans sucre...le restaurant La Mamounia n est pas un bon choix à mon avis. Le guide Rachid à Tanger était parfait. La jeune guide depuis Séville était très sympathique.

Una excursión que toma mucho tiempo (14 horas) y que queda a deber porque se malgasta mucho tiempo en establecimientos que no son de interés para el turista (compra de pashminas y aceites de supuesto uso medicinal). La comida que se ofrece como parte del paquete no fue nada atractiva y la gente que atiende en el restaurante ofrecía bebidas sin aclarar que eran con costo adicional. He contratado varias excursiones con Civitatis y esta es la primera en la que quedo insatisfecho.

An excursion that takes a long time (14 hours) and is overdue because a lot of time is wasted in establishments that are not of interest to tourists (purchasing pashminas and oils supposedly used for medicinal purposes). Nos cambiaron el itinerario de viaje ya no fue Tanger sino Tetuan y aceptamos porque tambien tiene cosas muy bonitas por conocer. Se nos engañó por completo!! Se ofertó una cosa, y se nos mandó a otra. Por nuestra parte, adquirimos el tour por civitatis y estamos muy molestos tanto con ellos, como con el operador, ya que ninguna de las empresas fue clara en cuanto al cambio de itinerario y nunca se nos consultó si estaríamos de acuerdo con el cambio de la oferta que se adquirió, o si se prefería el reembolso. El daño es tanto económico, como moral, toda vez que se arruinaron las vacaciones.

La empresa decidió que el tour comenzará 2 horas después del horario contratado por lo que el regreso fue 18 horas después, desde las 8.30 a las 2.30 am. Yo debía viajar a partir de las 8 de ese día y además de no poder descansar, por el horario no pude cenar ya que no había negocios abiertos. Deberían consultar al cliente si dispone de tiempo extra porque la excursión debía durar 14 horas.
