We did not take the tour because it was canceled yesterday and they still haven't refunded our money. We are waiting. Very disappointing because they canceled it in less than 24 hours. Yesterday we spoke with Civitatis to report the cancellation and request a refund, and they still haven't done it. This says very little about the management and professionalism of Civitatis, especially since they were already aware of what happened yesterday. We are still waiting for the refund.

Terrible, a disaster, a scam. First, they texted us at 8 am telling us to be on time at 9 am at the meeting point, even though the scheduled time from the beginning was 9:30 am. We rushed and did everything we could to be there at 9, but surprise, surprise, nobody arrived at 9 am except for other customers who were equally unhappy with the situation. Then a huge group of people arrived at 9:35 am, creating chaos, and then they left with a woman who didn't speak Spanish well and was walking at top speed.

The organization of the activity that day was a disaster. First, we had to arrive half an hour earlier than scheduled, and many people couldn't make it. Then, once we were there, they didn't know which guide would be leading the tour. Finally, the time to see the cathedral was very short because we had to leave to return the headsets. We left because they set a specific time and there was nobody there, but afterward, we couldn't get back into the cathedral. It wasn't worth the price I paid.

Translate this opinion into English.

We were disappointed because we bought the tour in Spanish and what was delivered was with a guide speaking in English. The supplier My tour did not deliver what we purchased.

La guia muy poco profissional. La rua medíocre. Las explicaciones sin valor

The guide was very unprofessional. The street was mediocre. The explanations were worthless.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very good. We had a hard time finding the guide. During the visit, Gloria told us many interesting things about the history and daily life of Siena. Maybe he talks too fast and it's hard to understand him. Then you get used to it. Congratulations on the job. We recommend doing this guided route. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.
