Aunque decís que la fecha de compra no es relevante y que se activa en el momento en el que se empieza a utilizar con una duración de 24hrs, no es así. Lo empezamos a utilizar el día 23 a las 16hrs que es el día que ponía el bono y ayer 24 de agosto les aparecía como caducado en los 2 trayectos que hicimos antes de las 4. No tuvimos que volver a pagar porque los conductores nos dejaron pasar. Muy incómodo

sobre el autobús turístico de Sintra comentaros que cuando hicimos la reserva por vuestra app nos indicaba que el conductor era guía y hablaba en español cosa que cuando llegamos a la actividad no era así, ni hablaba español ni nos explicó absolutamente nada solo se dedicaba a avisar de la siguiente parada. El servicio de autobús muy bueno, pero el tráfico ese día fue desastroso, así que no te llevas un buen recuerdo. Pude coger el 434 para el Palacio de la Pena, para el de La Quinta de Regaleira tuve que bajarme en el centro y salir corriendo porque no llegaba a tiempo, no entiendo el porqué de que no puedas coger el 435 desde el centro y te obliguen a regresar a la estación para cambiarlo. Malisima...el autobus es normal, no es abierto. No tiene guia ni ningun tipo de expliacacion. Iba con muchisima gente y tuvimos que ir de pie. Pagamos 25 euros por una kk de viaje. No lo cogais nunca. No merece la pena para nada.

Compramos el recorrido naranja: noo entregaban auriculares solo un folleto, no había guía ni audioguía en español como decía la propuesta y la frecuencia malísima , esperamos 1 hora frente al Castillo de los Moros y nunca apareció. El chófer dijo que pasaban ada 15 m. Volvimos con el bus de línea 434 que nos cobró 3 euros y de frecuencia cada 15 minutos. Un desastre. !!!!

El servicio estaba suspendido. Nadie nos avisó,, no nos llegó mail, la oficina del proveedor en Sintra estaba cerrada y sólo nos enteramos que no habia servicio ya que fuimos a preguntar a la oficina oficila de Turismo de Sintra. Dejamos la reclamación por Civitatis, entiendo que estás viendo con el proveedor para la devolución de dinero, pero aún no tenemos respuesta.

Realmente es un autobús de línea que tiene recorrido pasando por los principales puntos de interés. Obviamente, te hace el apaño , pero no hay explicaciones de los sitios por donde pasas como normalmente hay en un autobús turístico.
