On this off-road scooter tour of Stellenbosch, we'll discover the deeply-rooted winemaking tradition of the Western Cape province while we zoom past the region's extensive vineyards.
At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the Middelvlei Wine Estate to begin this off-road scooter tour of Stellenbosch. After a brief introduction on how to properly operate these 4x4 vehicles, it'll be time for the fun to begin.
We'll start with a test ride to get used to handling the off-road scooters. Then, we'll take you by minibus to the top of one of the mountains surrounding the winery - the views of the Stellenbosch vineyards will leave you speechless!
Once there, we'll do two more runs, having a blast on the scooters and admiring this beautiful environment full of history. Fun fact: Stellenbosch is one of the oldest European settlements in the Western Cape and there are over 200 wine producers in this part of South Africa!
After enjoying three thrilling rides on the off-road scooters, we'll visit the winery for a glass of wine - the perfect finishing touch!
Following an hour of fun, we'll finish the tour back at the starting point.
Children from 4 to 9 years old can participate in the tour only if they share the scooter with an adult. Children older than this age will ride an individual scooter.
