Translate this opinion into English.

The excursions to Mount Fuji's Fifth Station and the Hakone Ropeway, which connects to the pirate ship tour on Lake Ashi, are always well worth it; they must be spectacular if the day is clear. The buffet at the ninja-themed restaurant was also very good. The guide, in this case Meg, was fantastic, very organized and helpful. A 10 out of 10. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was wonderful. It was punctual. Our guide, Mai, was very friendly, and although she didn't speak Spanish, she made herself understood. I highly recommend this activity. I should also mention that the food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the gardens were beautiful. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We took the Mount Fuji tour in August and it was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences of our trip to Japan! The tour was perfectly organized, with an itinerary full of spectacular locations and breathtaking views. But what really made this experience special was our tour guide, Mizuho. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

A very pleasant tour. Everything went as planned. The guide, Aki, was very helpful, explaining the entire excursion, as well as the historical context and other aspects of Japanese culture. The only thing missing was being able to see Mount Fuji due to time constraints. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had a rainy and cloudy day, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji, but the views from the Komagatake cable car were nonexistent—it was all fog, we couldn't see a thing. The boat trip on Lake Ashi was great. Since it was Sunday, they left us to our own devices in Odawara. They canceled the return bus. You're on your own and have to pay for transportation you've already paid for. We thought it was awful! The guide was good, and the food was too; we had a buffet lunch at 11:30 in a ninja-themed restaurant. There wasn't enough time for anything. Many hours on the bus.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity description clearly states that the tour ends in Odawara on Sundays, so you weren't actually charged for the return bus. The activity was carried out exactly as described. We apologize if, despite this, it didn't meet your expectations. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Tsubasa was an excellent guide. My only observation is that the tour is advertised with pre-recorded commentary in Spanish, but they only played audio at the very beginning. After that, nothing. Some people on the tour relied on this, even though they didn't speak English, and it made the tour difficult for them. Opinion translated. Show original.

Sentarse resultaba aleatorio. La comida buena. La calidad del servicio fue muy buena gracias a las habilidades y cordialidad de la guía Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion went as planned and expected in these cases. The services were of standard quality, enhanced by the excellent disposition of the guide. She was very enthusiastic, providing good information, delivered in an entertaining way and with great humor. The boat ride on the lake was a bit short in time, with very limited availability in terms of seats. Sitting down felt random. The food was good. The quality of service was very good thanks to the skills and friendliness of the guide. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excellent and comfortable trip, adequate transportation, very punctual. It's very cold and windy, so bring a coat. It was wonderful because we were able to see Mount Fuji, as there were no clouds; it was clear. Opinion translated. Show original.
