Es buena idea sino conocéis mucho la ciudad Aunque tampoco es que te muestre los grandes puntos turísticos (el problema es que para la mayoría hay que caminar mucho para acceder o si quiera ver algunos de ellos) El autobús te acerca y te evita un poco el trasladarte en metro (el cual es bastante engorroso) pero no tiene tantos horarios y sus tiempos de espera son muy largos. El personal era amable, pero el audio en español era bastante deficiente (parecía el traductor de Google hablando, no una persona) y la frecuencia de las líneas verde y azul eran bastante pobres, por lo que un par de veces estuvimos a punto de quedarnos sin espacio, y eso que era mayo. On the first bus (the bus was only one floor), the guide announced the different stops. She is a lovely lady but impossible to understand her English. She never distributed the earbuds; I am glad I had an old set in my purse. On the second bus, my husband and I stayed downstairs since we could not climb them. The guide, of course, was upstairs with the big group anyway we could not understand her. We did not go on the third bus. This activity was ok, but it was missing more details explanations.

Buen trato de la guía. El inglés bueno pero rápido. Debería hablar más lento para hacerlo más comprensivo. En la línea azul encontramos un bus con español y lo aprovechamos mucho más. Si Citivatis es español.... Sus excursiones debieran ser en español. Sino las compramos en otras empresas. Presten atención a este dato muy muy importante para personas mayores

No me gustó que lo que “venden” es un double deck y lo que me tocó todas las veces que subí y baje fue un autobús cerrado (normal) y eso no es lo que yo compre. Argumentaron que depende de los horarios es el autobús pero eso no lo dicen a la hora de comprar, sugiero mejoren su comunicación.

No merece la pena. Desde el autobús solo se ven edificios que podrían pertenecer a cualquier ciudad del mundo. Lo que se puede visitar de interés en casa parada no está junto a la parada y, de hecho, no se ve desde el autobús. Por lo que cuesta, creo que es mejor ir en taxi a los puntos que se deseen visitar.
