Collecting your card
You can collect your Turin and Piedmont Card from the Tourist Information Office located in Piazza Castello square in Turin. This office is open every day between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, and between 10 am and 4 pm on Sundays.
The card is valid for 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old for the selected time. Adolescents 12-18 years old can reserve a Junior Card, valid for 3 days.
