Yala National Park Safari
At 4:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Unawatuna to start a fascinating journey through the east of Sri Lanka. Are you ready for a safari in Yala National Park? Let's go!
After approximately 2.5 hours of driving, we'll reach Yala National Park and start exploring the trails of this natural haven for elephants, bears, and crocodiles. Did you know that it's one of the best places in Sri Lanka to spot animals?
During the 4x4 tour, we'll tell you all about the animals we see in the more than 97,000 hectares of this enclave. For example, did you know that the Yala National Park has one of the highest concentrations of leopards in the world?
Halfway through the safari, we'll stop at a quiet spot in the park to enjoy a picnic lunch. After lunch, we'll continue exploring the fascinating landscapes of Yala, which include wild, arid, and wetland sections!
Finally, after between 9 and 10 hours of touring, we'll leave the park and drop you back off at your hotel.
