Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia Tour
We will meet up at the entrance to the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences complex. Our tour then begins in the exterior grounds of this iconic building, which has become a symbol of the city thanks to the striking architectural design by Santiago Calatrava.
We will hear all about the fascinating history of this building, also known as Valencia's Opera House, which was built in 2005 as a performance space for the Valencian Community Orchestra. The unique shape of this construction will captivate you from the first moment you set eyes on it.
We then head inside the palace to explore the hall, auditorium and event rooms. One of the places you will encounter on the tour of the interior is the Plácido Domingo Centre for Perfectionism named in honor of the famous Spanish opera singer.
