Enjoy Vancouver on board the sightseeing Big Bus. You'll see the famous Christmas lights of Canyon Lights on the Capilano Suspension Bridge. It's a great experience in the most magical time of the year!
Christmas at the Capilano Bridge Suspension Park
We'll meet at Canada Place, number 99, from where we'll start our panoramic tour of Vancouver. This tour is carried out on board the two-storey, open-top sightseeing bus from the Big Bus company, where an English-speaking guide will tell us the history of the city.
Our tour will explore the areas of Downtown, Gastown, Chinatown, and Lions Gate until we reach the iconic Stanley Park. Once we reach there, we'll hop off the bus to make a 30-minute stop where you can take pictures of the emblematic wooden totems. Do you know what they mean for the local culture? You'll find out!
Then, we'll return to the open-top Big bus to head to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Once we reach this famous park in Vancouver, we'll go on a 1.5-hour guided tour to see the famous Canyon Lights. These beautiful Christmas lights light up the Capilano Suspension Bridge from the end of November to the beginning of January, making it a dazzling spectacle.
Along with this iconic walkway, the park has two other famous bridges that also light up, called the Cliffwalk and Treetops Adventure. You better have enough memory on your phone or camera—you'll take dozens of photos of these special places!
After enjoying the Christmas lights of the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, we'll go to the market of Granville Island. Here, you'll have 1 hour to browse the stands and enjoy a drink at your own pace.
Finally, from the market in Granville Island, we'll take you back to the meeting point, where we'll conclude this 5.5-hour tour.
