Our private tours
When you make your reservation, you can choose between one of the following four routes:
Lodz tour (10 hours)
We will meet up at Central Station in Warsaw, where we will catch a train to Lodz, known as the Polish Manchester for its similarity to the English city. We will explore the historical city center and encounter one of its main tourist attraction, Manufaktura - a giant commercial and leisure center located in an old industrial complex.
Our tour continues by visiting the ancient factory of Księży Młyn (Priest's Mill) and the Muzeum Fabryki (Factory Museum). These exhibitions will help us to understand the importance of this industrial activity in the region's economy. Our last stop takes place at the centrally located Piotrkowska street. You will have your own free time to enjoy the numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes of this popular street in Lodz. In the evening we will meet back up at the local station before returning to Warsaw by train.
Please note that this tour does not include tickets to the Księży Młyn factory (2.5 euros) and the Industrial Museum (2 euros). Both sites are closed on Mondays.
Kazimierz Dolny tour (8 horas)
After collecting you from your hotel in Warsaw, we will drive along the road to Kazimierz Dolny, one of the prettiest cities in the Lublin region of Poland, located on the banks of the Vistula river. We will climb up to the Hill of Three Crosses where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views across the city. We will also delve into the history of this place by visiting the iconic Kazimierz Dolny castle which has inspired various artists. From its high vantage point, you will see the vast forests that surround the locality. You then have your own free time to take lunch as you want in the charming old town before we begin our return journey to Warsaw.
Please note that this trip includes the ascent to the Hill of Three Crosses and entry to the castle of Kazimierz Dolny. The castle is closed on Mondays.
Kraków tour (12 horas)
We will catch the train at the Central Station of Warsaw and head to Kraków. The wonderful old town of this city was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. On our tour of this picturesque city, we will visit the interior of Wawel Castle. Next to this fortress is the St. Stanislaus and St. Wenceslaus Cathedral where we will access its belfry and catacombs.
We then go to the iconic Rynek Glowny (Main Square) to admire the famous facade of the St. Mary's Basilica where we will reveal the story behind the unequal structure of its towers. We will also take a walk to the Barbican to discover the defensive system that protected the large city from outside invaders. After having free time to get some food, in the afternoon we will meet back up at the Krakow station and return to Warsaw by train.
Please note that this trip does not include tickets to enter Wawel Castle (6 euros: closed Mondays), and to Krakow cathedral (3.50 euros).
Toruń tour (12 horas)
We will collect you from your hotel in Warsaw and head directly to Torun - the birth city of Nicolaus Copernicus. We will remember the life of this prominent astronomer from the 16th century, visiting the House-Museum of Copernicus and the Cathedral of Torun, where will enjoy some breathtaking views from the top of the belfry. When the tour of Torun has finished, you will have your own free time to get something to eat before we begin our return journey to Warsaw.
Please note that the house-museum of Copernicus (3 euros) is closed on Mondays. The belfry of Torun cathedral (2 euros) is not open to the public between November and March.
All these private tours take place every day. For the trip to Kazimierz Dolny, the guide will collect you from your hotel in Warsaw at 9 am.
