Explore Whitehorse's impressive landscape with this entertaining snowshoeing tour, and try out a different way to explore the icy terrain of the Yukon.
Whitehorse Snowshoeing Tour
We'll meet at the main entrance of the Westmark Hotel in Whitehorse. After a comfortable car journey (with heating!), we'll head to the outskirts of Whitehorse, and explore its spectacular natural environment to enjoy a snowshoeing tour.
Accompanied by a guide, we'll put our snowshoes on, similar to those used in the past by miners, hunters and fur traders, to trek through the Canadian frozen land. We'll explore tranquil nature and the amazing views across Whitehorse, where we'll also come across many different animal species including foxes, coyotes and Canadian roosters.
After the snowshoeing tour, we'll have a warm drink and a snack. Then we'll head back to the meeting point.
All of our providers comply with local legislation and applicable health recommendations regarding protective material and safety to help avoid the spread of Covid-19.
