If you cancel more than 90 days in advance there will be a penalty of 200NZD (113.29 USD) per passenger. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance there will be a penalty of 1000NZD (566.44 USD) per passenger. Any cancellations after this time or no-shows on the day will not be refunded.
