The adventure begins aboard the panoramic cable car, the only way to reach the summit. As you ascend, you’ll begin to catch glimpses of the majestic karst formations so characteristic of the area, including the famous Ten-Mile Gallery.
Once at the top, you’ll have free time to explore the area known as the “Three Peaks and Two Valleys” at your own pace. You can take a leisurely stroll along trails surrounded by lush vegetation and cross the Ruyi Suspension Bridge, an impressive structure over 130 meters long.
To capture the most spectacular photos of your trip to China, we recommend heading up to the Ruyi Cloud Summit observation deck. As the highest point on the grounds, it offers an unparalleled 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, farmlands, and picturesque villages.
Are you true adrenaline junkies? On the way down, you can test your fear of heights on the glass walkway. You’ll walk across a 138-meter-long transparent surface built directly over the cliff. It’ll feel like you’re walking on air!
In addition, before taking the cable car back, you can visit the immersive movie theater. There, you’ll enjoy a short film that reveals the secrets of Yangshuo’s geological formation, adding a cultural and educational touch to the experience.
