We'll meet in downtown Alicante and kick off our day trip to Guadalest and Algar Fountains!
Following a short and sweet 1.5-hour trip, we'll reach our first stop of the day, the town of Guadalest. The adjectives regarding its beauty aren't an exaggeration, since the town belongs to the prestigious Association of the Most Beautiful Villages of Spain, formed by a few chosen ones.
What's up next? We'll give you 2 hours of free time to explore the cobble-stoned streets and admire the medieval castle at your own pace. Don't forget to soak up the beautiful history behind this picturesque landscape!
From here, it's on to the second leg of our day trip as we reach the Algar Fountains. This fascinating natural enclave is formed by stunning waterfalls that grant the surrounding landscape a rich biodiversity.
In fact, the Algar Fountains have been declared a Protected Wetland Area due to their great environmental richness. You'll have 2 hours of free time for a refreshing dip or to simply enjoy the natural surroundings at your own pace.
Finally, we'll return to our starting point and bring the day to an end after 7-7.5 hours.
