Description
At the indicated time we'll meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29. Once we're all ready, we'll walk towards the centre of Cefalù. Are you ready to discover the gastronomy of Sicily in the most original way?
We'll begin this culinary experience in Cefalù by exploring the small markets of the city, where we'll look for fresh ingredients to use in the workshop. With our baskets full of products, we'll head to a local restaurant where we'll tie our aprons and get down to work. We'll learn step by step how to make fresh, handmade pasta!
After the pasta workshop, we'll prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. Once we're finished cooking we'll sit at the table to taste the delicacies we've prepared, accompanying the feast with Sicilian wine.
After 2 hours, and with our appetites satiated, we'll say goodbye.
