Pacaya Volcano & Kawilal Hot Springs Tour

On the morning of our day trip, we'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point in Antigua Guatemala at 7:30 am and embark on our bus journey to the Pacaya National Park, located about an hour and a half away.

Having reached the small town of San Vicente de Pacaya, we will set off on a hiking trail to reach the foot of the Pacaya Volcano, one of Guatemala's active volcanoes. Under the shadow of the smoking mountain, we'll begin an unforgettable experience: climbing up the volcano!

We'll hike up the slope of the volcano to the point where we're just 165 feet (50 metres) from the crater - an incredible experience! It will then be time to climb back down the volcano and head to the Kawilal Hot Springs to relax after our adventure. 

After indulging in a delicious lunch to replenish your energy, we'll get to enjoy the natural hot springs of Kawilal, making the most of their 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths and 3 hydrotherapy baths.

At the end of an unforgettable day, we'll return to Antigua Guatemala, where you'll be dropped back off at your hotel at around 5 pm.
