We'll begin by visiting Ostuni, known as the "White Town." As soon as we arrive, we'll see exactly how this town extends over a valley of millenary olive trees, providing a unique and breathtaking landscape. As we dive into the city streets, you'll surely be captivated by the white houses that envelop the town in a fairytale atmosphere.
Then, it's time to leave Ostuni behind and make our way to Cisternino, a picturesque little town at the top of a hill. This town, also full of white houses and surrounded by lush vegetation typical to the region, creates an unforgettable scene. Did you know Cisternino is considered one of Italy's 100 most beautiful towns? We'll quickly come to understand why as we stand on top of the hill and take in the unparalleled views of the Itria Valley.
Our last stop of the day is at Polignano a Mare, perched atop a cliff that offers the best views of the Adriatic Sea. Here, we'll marvel at the surprising balconies over 30 meters (98 feet) above sea level!
