Feel like an authentic Italian chef learning to make traditional pasta in Bari! A local expert will teach you how to cook orecchiette and, what's more, you'll get to sample it afterwards.

Description

At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the center of Bari. From there, we'll delve deep into the Apulian city's historic center, discovering emblematic buildings like the castle, Bari Cathedral, and the Basilica di San Nicola as we explore the narrow streets.

We'll then arrive at the home of Signora Maria, a local pasta-making expert who will host our cooking class. The pasta masterclass will begin with a lesson on how to shape the dough to make the famous orecchiette. Do you want to know what the secret of the recipe is?

Having shaped the pasta, we'll watch Signora Maria cook the pasta and, once it's al dente, we'll sit down at the table to enjoy a plate of orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce in the traditional style!

Our pasta experience and meal will come to an end after 2.5 hours.
