We'll pick you up from accommodation in Beirut and set off on an exciting day trip to Jeita and Harissa. For an extra pump of adrenaline, we'll also embark on a quad tour through Faraya!
Our first stop of the day brings us north of the capital, arriving at Jeita. Here, we'll find the "Pearl of Nature" in Lebanon, the famous Jeita Grotto. Entering the heart of this natural wonder – 2 linked limestone karst caves – we'll enjoy a captivating 9-kilometer (5.5-mile) journey through the intricate rock formations. Get ready to marvel at the breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites of all shapes, sizes, and colors that decorate this natural wonder.
Next up: Harissa, home to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, one of the country's most important pilgrimage sites. Before we move on to our next destination, we'll take in a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the Jounieh Bay. Don't forget your cameras!
From Harissa, we'll arrive at Faraya, a town surrounded by mountainous landscapes that are sure to capture your heart. As an extra layer of excitement to our full day, here, we'll hop on some quad bikes for a complete 30-minute route through the town's picturesque dirt paths.
Then, to end the day on the highest of high notes, we'll indulge in a traditional lunch at a local restaurant nearby.
Wrapping up our immersive day, 7.5 hours later we'll bring you back to your hotel in Beirut for a well-deserved restful evening.
Please note, that you must be over 18 years old to operate a quad bike and have a valid driver's license. Children aged 5-17 can participate in the tour but as passengers only.
