At the indicated time, we'll meet at the pier of the hotel Paraíso Caribeño. Here, we'll board a boat that will take us to discover two of the most wonderful places on Panama's north coast. Are you ready? Let the adventure begin!
We'll sail through crystal clear waters until we reach Bird Island (Pájaros Island), a true sanctuary for tropical birds. During the 45-minute journey, we'll see the coast and beaches of Colón Island, which will provide the perfect backdrop for photographs. To refresh ourselves, we'll enjoy a beer or water.
As soon as we arrive on the island, we'll see a large number of native and migratory birds such as pelicans, frigatebirds, gannets and even red-billed tropicbirds, famous for their long tail feathers. This enclave also has huge reefs, turquoise waters and wild vegetation that delights everyone who visits it.
After half an hour on the island, we'll set sail for Starfish Beach (Playa Estrella), in the northwest of Colón Island. In this magical place, full of starfish, you'll have approximately 5 hours of free time to enjoy the water or go snorkelling and admire the beauty of these aquatic animals. When you get hungry, you can enjoy a meal at the beach bars on your own.
Finally, we'll sail for about 45 minutes to the departure pier in Bocas del Toro, where we'll arrive 7 hours after setting sail.
