Arrêt du bus difficile a localiser - le plan que j'avais éditer n'était pas bon - nous avons arpenté la rue de l'eveque a la recherche de l'arrêt de brouckere, nous avons vu bcp de bus passé mais jamais le tootbus - une fois l'arrêt trouvé et attendu, nous avons renoncé - nous avons fait une réclamation pour être remboursé. C'est dommage car nous avons réservé d'autres activités avec civitatis (visite guidé bruxelles - restaurant hard rock café - visite bruges et gand) et tout s'est bien passé.

La línea azul es casi imposible de utilizar. Solo sale cada dos horas aunque en la reserva indica que sale cada 30-40 minutos. Te lleva al Atomium pero si te descuidas un poco te toca coger el metro para volver al centro, que es lo que nos pasó. La línea roja sí funciona bien.

Recomiendo 100% el bus turístico. Son más de 2 hs. De recorrido sin bajarse. Se puede bajar y subir todo el día. Se puede contratar para 24hs. O para 48hs. Lo único malo, por decir algo, es en la locución, hay momentos que lo comentado no es muy interesante, pero por lo demás muy bien. Los auriculares están incluidos en el ticket del bus. Los horarios según la app en las paradas no se cumplían, al llegar a la parada 1 nos hicieron cambiar de autobús y ese no estaba preparado para la lluvia (2° piso), el primero sí. Todo esto nada achacable a Civitatis. No tuvimos problemas ni con la reserva ni con el bono del bus.

I booked at very short notice and was still able to make a same day tour. I must say it was worth it as the tour enabled me see the highlights of Brussels within a window of 3 to 4 hours i.e. without getting off the bus. Anyone with more time is able to get off at the various landmarks to have a better experience and then hop on the next bus that stops. A good one overall!

Le circuit en bus est très bien. Toutefois il est très difficile de trouver l endroit où prendre le bus. Les horaires sur internet sont faux et nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et du coup sommes arrivés assez tard à l atomium et avons du faire 1h et demi de file d attente… Nous pensions prendre le bus à 10h comme indiqué sur le site, mais les bus passent au départ toutes les heures à partir de 9h30.
