The price doesn't match what's offered. We were stuck inside with unbearable heat; the audio guides didn't work well, and the drinks left much to be desired. Definitely not going back.

I highly recommend the boat trip. However, the wait at the venue is extremely hot; it's an enclosed space with no fans, and you have to queue to get in. I think they should improve that.

I travelled with friends

Translate this opinion into English.

The boat was going faster than the explanations given in the video and audio guide. And although the boat makes a round trip, one side always offers a distant view of the buildings.

Translate this opinion into English.

When the ship was passing by the parliament building, which is the most beautiful thing when it's lit up, it was going parallel to another, longer ship, so it wasn't seen as it should have been.

Translate this opinion into English.

It's easy * It left late * Horrible quality of drinks * The audio guide wasn't working and when I told someone on the crew they acted surprised, said they'd check and then, surprise surprise, disappeared. Very disappointed, avoid it.

The waitress spilled the beers on me; I was soaked and freezing for the entire trip. They should refund my money.

Bad, because people stand on deck and block the view of those with seats, plus the audio guide didn't work at all during the trip

I travelled with my partner

Translate this opinion into English.

The cruise ship was absolutely packed; it was impossible to get to the upper deck because of the crowds, and the drinks... let's not even go there.

For what they charge, they should have the audio guides checked, or if one isn't working, have that seat taken out of service so you don't miss out on the information.

The audio guide wasn't working, so we couldn't enjoy the experience because it was impossible to explore the city that way. It kept cutting out.

Servizio scadente.

The welcome drink was only offered to us after we pointed out that it had not been offered. Of three people, the audio guide was only available for two. Poor service.

Decepcionante

Poor information for access, I didn't know the door, the headphones barely worked. Very poor explanation of the tour. Disappointing.

Civitatis did not send me the QR codes and although we were at the place on time we had to board practically last until they managed to give us a code at the ticket office. A little consideration would have been nice.

Well, it was quite average, the lighting was very beautiful but nothing more. There was no one from Civitatis waiting at the meeting point, and the boat offers you a drink that is not worth what you pay for it.

The helmets didn't work, the explanations weren't appropriate for the scenery we were seeing. And the Coca-Cola tasted awful.
