Delve into the amazing underwater world of Australia at the Cairns Aquarium and discover the habitats of the Great Barrier Reef and the Tropical Rainforests.
The aquarium offers a fascinating look into the marine life around Australia. During your visit, you can enter a tunnel inside a water tank and see sharks swimming above your head; experience life in a mangrove swamp and admire numerous multicoloured fish, manta rays, crocodiles and more.
As well as the different exhibitions and water tanks, you'll be able to attend talks to learn curious facts about the many species of marine wildlife in the aquarium. What's more, you can watch the divers feeding the fish!
The Cairns Aquarium is open every day from 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that the last admission is one hour before closing time.
