    I appreciate that they contacted me before the visit to let me know that there were no tours available on the day I had booked, so I could reschedule. The tour was very comprehensive; we saw the cheesemaking process at the dairy and enjoyed a tasting of different cheeses.

    A highly recommended activity for both adults and children to learn how one of the country's most unique cheeses, Torta del Casar, is made. The guide was excellent with both the adults and children in the group, and the tasting is a must for any cheese lover.
