I feel that Civitatis didn't notify me that the reservation I had made for today wasn't possible, and I only found out once I was already at HELIDUBAI (who did notify you by email, which you didn't forward to me...). Having made the trip for nothing and wasting time and money from my vacation, are you going to compensate me in any way?

The activity is highly recommended. The views are stunning. We didn't receive the email with the time change. They make you arrive an hour early to organize and watch a 5-minute video. You are not allowed to move once you arrive, and you can't fly beforehand even if there is no one else. The wait feels long, and the staff is not friendly. Don't arrive before the indicated time.

Parking lot waiting for minibus a bit sunny if you have to wait, then inside everything is very well organized. I have flown many times in a helicopter, and it was only unpleasant that they make a lot of fuss with cameras or camcorders. They did not let me bring both Hero and camera (attached to each other in a single object). Absurd, controls with metal detectors more invasive than at the airport, two very unpleasant things and for this I do not give excellent, Opinion translated. Show original.

As an experience once in a lifetime it's fine but we wouldn't repeat it. In general, well, we have been lucky to get only 3 people up and we have all been able to enjoy the window. The very general views, we thought would be closer to the areas of interest. They don't let you take pictures getting on or off the helicopter, they take them and then they offer you the report for about 500 AED (about €100). Opinion translated. Show original.
