We'll meet at the designated time at Carretera Cabezas de San Juan in the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve. From here, we'll calmly swim toward the Bay of Fajardo, where we'll go snorkelling. Let's go!
After handing out the snorkelling equipment, we'll have a brief introduction to show you how to correctly put on the goggles, breathe through the tube, and keep afloat. Once you've gained enough confidence and you can move comfortably through the water, we'll venture into the sea. Time to dive straight in!
We'll swim in search of the coral reefs close to the coastline, where we'll begin to uncover the sea life hidden in the peaceful waters of Puerto Rico. With no rush and at your own pace, you'll get to spot a variety of colourful fish, rays, coral, and, if we're lucky, starfish. During 1.5 hours, we'll get to know this underwater ecosystem and the different species we'll stumble across as we swim. You'll fall in love with this marine paradise!
Once we've finished snorkelling, we'll return to our initial meeting point, where the activity will come to an end. Nevertheless, you'll be able to continue snorkelling if you wish, as you'll get to keep the snorkelling equipment until 4:30 pm.
