Les guides et visites sont parfaits, en revanche compte tenu de l'attente parfois un peu longue pour entrer dans les musées il pourrait être appréciable d'espacer un peu plus les activités (nous avons dû partir avant la fin de la visite du premier musée et ne pas manger afin d'arriver à l heure pour la visite suivante)

A organização dos passeios deixou a desejar, beirando ao desrespeito pelos turistas. Tudo muito confuso, sem orientação adequada para pontos de encontro. Mudança do tour contratado em português para espanhol. Além do que que, os três passeios, na verdade, são separados - terminado o passeio da galeria ufizi, não fomos informados onde seria o ponto de encontro para o tour pela cidade ( o que não vale a pena fazer, pelo que foi apresentado), não existe tempo suficiente para os tres passeios.

A guia contratada para a Galeria da Academia é ótima e atendeu as expectativas, foi um ótimo passeio. O restante do tour foi um completo desastre. Não aconteceu a visita ao centro histórico, bem como fizemos a visita à Uffizi sozinhos e com áudio em língua nao falada por nós.
