Everglades Airboat Tour: what to expect?

This activity gives you the opportunity to visit one of Florida's most spectacular natural treasures: the Everglades. Arriving at the main entrance of the Sawgrass Recreation Park, you'll board an airboat, a vessel similar to a hovercraft. You'll then embark on a 30 minute ride over the tropical wetlands, during which you'll search for different species native to the area, like caimans and crocodiles.

Following your fun-filled airboat tour of the Everglades, you'll hop back onto dry land to discover the more than 100 types of reptiles and mammals that call this natural region home, many of which have been rescued and adopted. You'll also take a stroll back in time, meeting an original dinosaur - the Florida Alligator! Make sure to bring your camera with you, you won't want to miss this. 

You'll also have time to enjoy lunch at the restaurant or at the food truck on site.

The time you have selected at the time of booking is the check-in time, not the boat's departure time. It may take up to one hour to board the boat after check-in.

• This activity does not include transfers from Fort Lauderdale.
