How does it work?
The validity of the Frankfurt Card begins when it is first used. From this moment onwards, you can use it during the chosen number of days. The card offers discounts once in each attraction and unlimited use of Frankfurt's public transport.
Ticket pick up
The Frankfurt Card can be picked up at the Tourist Information Office at the train station, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, or from 9:30 am to 4 pm on weekends and public holidays. You can also pick it up from the Römer tourist information point which is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9:30 am to 4 pm weekends and public holidays. These offices are open throughout the year, except on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January.
Go Further With the Rhein Main Card
If you're looking to leave the Frankfurt area and head to Maguncia or Rudesheim we recommend the Rhein Main Card. This card is valid for two days across the RVM Frankfurt Metropolitan public transport network.
