El tour no se realizó. Me cobraron por un tour a Anncy para el día de hoy a las 14,15 hs desde Ginebra. Cuando llegué a la agencia me dijeron que sólo tenían tour a las 9 hs de la mañana. Estoy reclamando devolución del dinero y la empresa no me contesta

Mal. Me dejaron tirada en Annecy. Nos bajamos del bus en el aparcamiento de Annecy. Ese era el punto de encuentro. Nos dio dos horas libres. Yo me fui a pasear y cuando quise volver , me di cuenta de lo grande que era el aparcamiento. Me enteré de que estaba dividido en zonas. Le mandé un mensaje de WhatsApp a la empresa diciéndoles: estoy perdida. Por favor, manden enlace con la ubicación pero no me lo dieron. Tuve que volver por mi cuenta en bus a Ginebra
